This location is horrible. The staff has no compassion if u get stuck in traffic or go to the wrong office in the unmarked building it becomes your fault. No one sits at the front desks to tell you what office you should be in. I pray my request to change offices is approved so I can go back to the other location where they treat you with respect and show they care instead of this office where they act like its a factory! The people in this office shouldn't be working with special needs children!!!!
